BUILT FOR PLAYERS WHO WANT MORE FROM THEIR GAME.

The JM ELITE Winterball Program is designed for athletes who are serious about baseball and committed to developing their game to compete at the highest level.

The program is designed for 13U, 15U and 18U athletes who are currently playing baseball and have aspirations of playing at the next level.

Players receive focused instruction, purposeful repetitions and individualized attention throughout the program.

This isn't simply winter training.

It's preparation for what's next.

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT. TEAM IMPACT.

The primary focus of Winterball is individual development.

The goal is to help each athlete become a better player who can bring those improvements back to their team.

Training connects skills directly to the game—helping players understand when and why a skill is used, how situations can change, and how to respond when those moments happen in competition.

When individual players improve, their teams become better too.

WHAT WILL YOU TAKE WITH YOU?

By the end of the winter program, athletes should be more developed in all areas of their game and better prepared to compete.

They will work toward developing:

  • Greater confidence

  • A deeper understanding of the game

  • Stronger work ethic

  • The ability to compete at a high level

  • Better understanding of game situations

  • The ability to focus on what they can control

  • Greater consistency in their preparation and performance

Most importantly, athletes will leave with a clearer understanding of what it takes to continue getting better.

THE JM ELITE STANDARD

PREPARE. COMPETE. DEVELOP.

Jamie believes:

“Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.”

Winterball is built around that philosophy. Athletes are challenged to embrace the process, put in purposeful work and develop the discipline required to perform when it matters.

The goal isn't simply to be ready for the season.

The goal is to be better because of the work you put in all winter.
