Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Registration is a commitment to the full program and full program fee. Payment plans are simply a way to spread the cost and do not constitute month-to-month registration.

• Before the program begins: Cancellations may be eligible for a refund, less a $250 administration fee, depending on the timing of the withdrawal.

• After the program begins: No refunds or credits will be provided, and the participant remains responsible for the full program fee, including any remaining payments.

• No refunds are provided for missed sessions, injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

• JM Elite may consider exceptions in extraordinary circumstances at its discretion.

Important: Selecting a payment plan does not change the total amount owed for the program.
